Nu trebuie neaparat sa pui +ip cand pornesti serverul. Daca nu il pui, serverul aloca automat ip-ul calculatorului (in cazul tau 192.168.10x).
Daca ce ai pus la +ip nu corespunde vei primi eroarea aia. Daca cei din afara nu se pot conecta la serverul tau, intra pe setarile routerului  ar trebui sa fie) te loghezi cu admin/pass care le-ai setat (implicit admin/1234), te duci la NAT > Port forward > Activate port forrword > dupa aia ai un formular, acolo pui ip-ul tau intern, la port range iti recomand sa pui asa: 27000 > 27020, iar la TCP/UTP le selectezi pe amandoua. Dai sa creeze, sau ceva afirmativ pe acolo . Dupa aia intri pe, iti faci cont. Dai la Create host, lasi setarile initiale, scrii cum vrei sa arate adresa ta, ip-ul e pus la inceput, nu trebuie modificat. Dai sa creeze hostul. Dupa aia te duci la download, downloadezi aplicatia aia pentru ip-uri dinamice. O instalezi, te loghezi cu datele de pe no-ip.com , selectezi hostul tau, si trebuie sa arate un in fata lui. Dupa aia te duci la optiuni si ii dai sa porneasca odata cu Windowsul. Astfel vei avea mereu o adresa care merge la serverul tau, fara sa faci alte upgradeuri la no-ip. Daca dupa ce v-ati logat in acea aplicatie nu apare hostul creat de tine, inchide aplicatia, asteapta 5 minute si incearca din nou. Sper ca v-a fost de folos si ca nu a mai scris nimeni astfel de tutorial
